Removed the panic test, as it does not exist in the kernel's export list. Additionally, attempting to test this will cause the xbe's import entry list to fail to resolve to its kernel symbol addresses.
It is unclear why this panic API was included here. The removal of the test and the correction of the index numbering for input and output pose a low merge risk.
