En este PR agrego un nuevo archivo JSON que organiza todos los datos de manera jerárquica:
municipios, cuyo valor es un objeto donde las claves son los nombres de los municipios de esa provincia.sectores, cuyo valor es un arreglo con los sectores que pertenecen a ese municipio.De esta forma, los datos quedan estructurados en un formato anidado que facilita su consulta y uso en distintos casos.
