DAC for LLM Observability

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Add documentation for LLM Data Access Controls, linking out to the AAA DAC pages.
Update AAA DAC page image to show an LLMobs filter.

Restructured section into one page to remove a click.

Also updated image — because of the way the docs site's translations are set up, it's best to never delete or modify existing images. Instead, add a new image and update the img src reference. I've also done this here.
