Hi @Pierre-L42 thank you for adding this! This looks good, I added some comments for formatting and wording, also can you add a sentence to this section under neath Ping, that links to this page so it's easier to find on the Setup page?

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
This PR creates a new "VPN Monitoring" page in NDM to document about how to setup VPN monitoring in NDM.
