This PR adds a real-time search feature allowing users to filter repositories by name, owner, description, or language, improves accessibility with keyboard navigation (Tab/Enter/Space) and ARIA attributes for screen readers, fixes a critical file stream resource leak bug in sync.js, and enhances code quality by adding error handling to populate.py and creating a reusable useRepositorySearch composable.
