Feature description
A config option to disable selling items which are broken, renamed or enchanted.

Edit: There should be an option to stop the sale of an item if a certain durability threshold if passed.

How the feature is useful
Because people can abuse the selling, for example, people can sell an item which has 1 durability left and still get the full price for it.

I think this a big issue too, but maybe a way to control how much a damaged item sells for, maybe between a linear scale (1/2 damaged item costs 1/2 as much) or quadratic/square scale (1/2 damaged item costs 1/4 of full price).

Idk how enchantments would sell but having the /sell command pick up metadata so certain enchantments give a certain amt of money (ex. having Efficiency IV on a pickaxe would result in the price being (baseprice+enchantmentvalue)*damagepenalty
