Visual Studio failed to recognize EmptyConstructor as one of the analyzer

Visual Studio does not add this package to the analyzer list. As the result, the compiler failed to generate any empty constructors using this package.

same as you would debug any .net process. but in this scenario the process is msbuild.exe

that is likely VS being unable to find the XSD file. the xsd file should be recreated on build.

If you can share a minimal repro, i can take a look at it
