[WIP] Add PSF validation notebook

This notebook addresses #47.

This validation notebook reads in the PSFEx file from the ERO and uses galsim.des.DES_PSFEx to build the PSF model.

This notebook produces an image of euclidlike/ERO PSF and their residual,

their 1D profile,

and their shape distribution
