Migrate transforms functions to their new versions#1964

This migrates all uses of the old transforms functions to the new ones. The conversion guide located [here](https://github.com/HEXRD/hexrd/wiki/old_xfcapi-Conversion-Guide) was followed. This will be necessary after HEXRD/hexrd#887 is merged. Signed-off-by: Patrick Avery <patrick.avery@kitware.com>
