Inconsistency for naming the SpecialFeaturesOptIns

Hi!

Reviewing the documentation here, the Special Features opt-ins should be included in as SpecialFeatureOptIns (singular "feature") in the TCF Consent string.

Later, on this documentation, the IAB TCF API is getting the Special Features opt-ins as IABTCF_SpecialFeaturesOptIns (plural "features").

Is that implemented intentionally?

This is a small typo in the specification. We can update this in one our next spec updates.
