The Windows image gets pushed to https://github.com/orgs/LibrePCB/packages. In future we should use those images for the LibrePCB CI instead of using Docker Hub.
This finally makes our whole build chain transparent & publicly verifiable. The sha256 digest of the built image is print out during CI, which allows to verify that the LibrePCB CI really runs in the container built from the public Dockerfile. Previously I had to build this image locally which didn't allow public verification.
