This pull request improves the VS Code documentation (section 1.6) by adding emojis to titles, restructuring and enriching the content, and adding new sections with valuable information for users.

This commit enhances the VS Code documentation in section 1.6 by:
- Adding emojis to section titles for better readability.
- Restructuring the content, including grouping VS Code extensions by functionality.
- Enriching the content with more detailed explanations, especially for the `settings.json` configuration.
- Adding new sections for "Tips and Tricks", "Keyboard Shortcuts", and "User vs. Workspace Settings".
- Including more external resources and a note on using the `code .` command.
