This commit enhances the VS Code documentation in section 1.6 by: - Adding emojis to section titles for better readability. - Restructuring the content, including grouping VS Code extensions by functionality. - Enriching the content with more detailed explanations, especially for the `settings.json` configuration. - Adding new sections for "Tips and Tricks", "Keyboard Shortcuts", and "User vs. Workspace Settings". - Including more external resources and a note on using the `code .` command.
