• Config: Update .git-blame-ignore-revs
  • Add descriptive header and local setup instructions.
  • Categorize commits under Formatting & Code Style and Refactoring & Restructuring.
  • Add entries for sass update and Prettier application to md/mdx/yml.
  • Normalize comments/titles and note duplicate hashes for historical reasons.
