Updated line 949 to match what is stated in the Explorer page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-office-365/threat-explorer-real-time-detections-about#:~:text=%C2%B2%20You%20can%20preview,message%20to%20quarantine. As I am currently working a case where a soft deleted message can't be downloaded and the error message states that you can't download hard deleted emails.
