Adds
withCredentials = trueto all xhrs. At a minimum this is needed forgetUrlSync, which is used for the#open:<url>anchor which would be used in conjunction with curriculum server xml links. Adding it everywhere potentially allows users to invoke other commands on the server, but nothing they wouldn't be authorized to do anyway (and even without this they could still do it through the console or with js blocks).
