- Replace the floating ubuntu-latest label with ubuntu-26.04 in 4 workflows (8 jobs) - Files: ppg-ami-factory.yml, ppg-ami-pins-check.yml, ppg-regenerate-jobs.yml, cloud-groovy-lint.yml - GitHub moves ubuntu-latest to the Ubuntu 26 image from 2026-10-19 to 2026-11-19, pinning takes the move on a tested schedule instead of mid-run
