Place specified block in the specified point.

BLOCK_SET <Block> <Location> [Physics]

<Block>	block:<BlockType>	Block defined using item format (block types and material data supported)
<Location>	loc:<Location>	Location where block will be placed
[Physics]	physics:<true / false>	Apply physic to block nearby. Default - true.
