9-12: Verify that the new RF-specific GitHub usernames are correct and exist.

The four updated reviewer usernames follow the PR objective to use RF-specific accounts. However, there's a naming convention inconsistency: three accounts use lowercase-hyphen pattern (yomarion-rf, dave-rf, alexandre-abrioux-rf), while one uses mixed case (LeoSlrRf). Since GitHub usernames are case-sensitive, please confirm that LeoSlrRf is the correct casing for that account.

Additionally, verify that all four new usernames:

  • Exist as valid GitHub accounts
  • Have the correct casing and formatting
  • Are authorized to review PRs in this repository
