Question class which is also generating all 4 options also needs to be updated as per the modulo operation. Current implementation is only adding/subtracting 10, 20 and 30 to wrong options which will generate invalid options for modulo operation as in modulo operation reminder must be less than divisor. So all options must be less than divisor.
