ToDo

  • Add CHANGELOG
  • GitHub Actions CI depends on secrets.PUBLISH_TOKEN. Per Authenticating to GitHub Packages: GitHub Packages only supports authentication using a personal access token (classic)
  • Remove AppVeyour/TravisCI integrations from GH
  • Add release pipline
