2. Apply the same logic to use system libs for libtommath (as previously for zlib and bzip). 3. Add conan support and a build job to test it. 4. Some CMake modernization. 5. I noticed Cmake has some conditionals for BSD so let's also make do test builds on FreeBSD and not brek anything there.
