- Change to normalize removes warning in W3 because of conversion from double to T.
- Change to free function cross makes it easier to use because M is in most cases 3.
…ded default size = 3 to free function cross, such that vmml::cross(a, b) is possible instead of vmml::cross<3>(a, b).
