What?

Migrate the page-type badge in PageTitleView from the private @wordpress/components Badge to the public @wordpress/ui Badge.

Why?

We're deprecating wp-components Badge and migrating to UI Badge.

How?

Simple component switch.

Testing Instructions

• Go to Settings → Reading and set a static Homepage and Posts page.
• Go to Settings → Privacy and set a Privacy Policy page.
• Open Appearance → Editor → Pages.
• Confirm the title column shows:
• • Homepage next to the homepage
• • Posts Page next to the posts page
• • Privacy Policy Page next to the privacy policy page
• Confirm badges still render as neutral/default labels
