Modification
In the
test_ldsda.pyfile, I modified the @unittest.skipUnless decorator for tests that use the GAMS solver. Specifically, I updated the condition in theSolverFactory('gams').available()method by passingFalseas an argument. This ensures that the test is skipped regardless of whether the GAMS solver is available or not.
