This PR adds a sessionless login by emailed magic link. The idea is to use it just to change password, but so far it could be used for any web ui page...
As such, it enables a Forgotten Pasword feature for users who have an Email address set in their User.
Probably we could actually jwt for this, but I havn't done the work I want to do with jwt to generate jwt's with different expire times.
I would appreciate comments/critique. This is still a work in progress.
