- Added thor and sass dependencies to gemspec; They are required by the 'remote_resource_loader,' so 'rake update-mapbox' will not run properly without them.
- Changed the GitHub branch in Rakefile from 'v2' to Mapbox's current default branch: 'mb-pages'.
- Updated remote_resource_loader.rb and version.rb to reference Mapbox.js v2.1.9.
- Bumped Mapbox to v2.1.9 by running the updated 'rake update-mapbox.js' command.
