Summary

This PR introduces the SDeC facturation server for the external website. This is not an Hyperion module.

• Add endspoints for the sdec_facturation module ;
• Add models for the sdec_facturation module ;
• Add schemas for the sdec_facturation module ;
• Add types for the sdec_facturation module ;
• Add CRUDS for the sdec_facturation module.
