libssh2-devel is introduced as a dependency package for the new feature in the PR apache/cloudberry#1226.

Hello expert, I previously adapted the libssh2 changes in the Dockerfile. This step should be reviewed first, as it will resolve the “library not found” error seen in the latest commit. |
