The main process is done and it runs successfully on my local machine. But, the unit tests still have some problems, the Maven dependencies need to be tweaked, and I also need to update and add to the configuration docs. |

This PR cannot run COSNWithTokenFileSystemBehaviorITCase，because of hadoop-cos' bug， I've submitted fix pr apache/hadoop#7867. So this PR must be merged after haddop-cos' pr merged |
