We have doubled API rate-limits and this PR updates the docs accordingly.

LGTM, just a few small nits:

  • we seem to mention limit explicitily in the table within API Reference (line 375 openapi.yaml maybe we could use this opportunity to just change this into
    You have exceeded the rate limit of ... requests per second to not mention explicit number (we do it in other part of docs this way)

  • in the dataset.md there is also 200 requests per minute mentioned on the line 98, this should be 400 with this change right?
