Docs link to incompatible library

Issue Description

The docs for Persisting the Cache link to the apollo3-cache-persist library, which is incompatible with version 4, according to its declared peer dependency.

Hey @mspiess 👋

Would you mind also adding an issue over in that repo to add support for Apollo Client 4? Despite the apollographql org, that project is actually maintained by a 3rd party.

That said, the cache was largely unchanged in v4 (there are 2 small changes, but it shouldn't affect that project). I think it might already be compatible, it just needs to include v4 in the peer dependency range (I could be wrong, but the API surface area it touches looks like it shouldn't be affected by v4).

I don't want to remove that from the docs as I think that project is useful. It just needs to be updated to add support for v4.

I went ahead and opened apollographql/apollo-cache-persist#540. Should we keep this issue open until it's merged?
