Following up on conversation on PR #504 , updated TROPO logging check to not inundate print screen with TROPO warnings if the user doesn't even wish to extract TROPO layers.
Overall made some sweeping changes to the LOGGING print screen reporting across multiple scripts to clean up the default print screen further. Removed items like duplicate DEM/mask download notices.
Also updated the parsers for the underlying
binscripts to clarify available logging options.
