As a Kloügle user,
I want to access to my services through a common portal,
So I don't have to log in multiple times to connect to them.

Acceptance Criteria

• The portal should be accessible with multi-factor authentication, to protect all applications running behind it.
• Services supporting mobile applications should continue to work.
