CANCELLED SAP ABAP: add bedrock agents runtime example, minor S3 fix and formatting

• adds an example for bedrock agents runtime
• updates the S3 CreateBucket example to accomodate any region
• applies some automatic formatting from abaplint to make our whitespace and capitalization consistent (more linting to come...)
