This pull request attempts to provide explicit instructions for what users need to do run the PHP code examples, particularly ones that involve support files such as helper/wrapper classes available only in the GitHub repo.
It attempts to address users who are stymied by expecting to run an example by having having only a dependency on the PHP SDK and running the example against as described by this trouble ticket.
This is the Taskei ticket for this work: https://taskei.amazon.dev/tasks/V1926840323
CDD build: http://tkhill2-clouddesk.aka.corp.amazon.com/sos-metadata2/build/AWSCodeExampleUsageDocs/AWSCodeExampleUsageDocs-3.0/AL2_x86_64/DEV.STD.PTHREAD/build/server-root/code-library/latest/ug/php_3_dynamodb_code_examples.html - then open Learn the basics example to see this newly added instruction line:
The updated guidance in the main PHP example README file is also part of this PR.
