Helmet question re: rendering component within

I think this injects your PayBill component into the head of the page? Not super familiar with helmet, but I don't know if this is correct

Well, I think you are right, the paybill should be out of the helmet, now the Paybill's test coverage is just 6% which means most are not rendered yet....I'll look into this.
