This adds dual-stack support to the kubelet
node-ipconfiguration in accordance with this: https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/services-networking/dual-stack/#configure-ipv4-ipv6-dual-stackThis will require changing the template rendering in the package of kubernetes also to support it.
