Update to .NET 5 mostly complete.
Known issues:

  • CssRewriteUrlTransformAbsolute.cs removed, could not translate
  • EnumHandler.cs translated to middleware (EnumMiddleware.cs), appends window.Enums to non-html response types
  • JqGridBuilder functions, but rendering is still a bit off somewhere
  • Treeview's might not be binding correctly, could not reproduce
