This standardises the spelling of parametrize.
Switching to 'z' instead of 's' brings us (roughly) in line with US english standards. In addition I have settled on parametrize (without the second 'e' after the 't') principally because this is how it is spelt within the python pytest library - so doing the same within the text hopefully increases the awareness of the learner that this should be the spelling they use.
