Also fixes the same issue in (both on initial render and after edit):
Helper methods related to pings are hence moved to respective models (
CommentThreadandComment) to make them more flexible. The update accounts forpingable(formerlyget_pingable) being a potentially very heavy operation - logic hasn't changed.
