Resolve Conflicts and Merge Perpetual Logic Changes

There have been multiple changes implemented in the branch related to perpetual logic. However, due to the delay in merging, numerous conflicts have occurred. Need to resolve these conflicts and merge the branch, as it contains several important and beneficial

• Remove VM store implementations and replace them with classic ones;
• Prepare logic for perps;
• Refactor stores to make them less coupled and logically separated.
