I think we just need to Pause on this short-term. I have no objection to adding this to this repo and others, but we have not discussed what it means to have the Podman governance and not be cncf controlled. I think this is a brief conversation but theoretically, even this PR would require all Core Maintainers to LGTM. I will not block the PR, but I am going to put a DNM label on it to avoid accidental merging. Lets discuss at the upcoming community cabal. |

Repushed. For consistency, I removed the link to the non-existent Owners file, as the Governance talks about projects without one. I then added a note at the end, noting that his project did not. |
