This branch is a fork of #33. You will either need to merge that first or merge this and then close that.
This branch updates the https://cpantesters.org/dist// pages to have the following interface:
I took the code at http://beta.cpantesters.org/chart.html and re-wrote it to be vanilla javascript.
I have several more features I would like to implement but i thought this was a good place to stop with a version 1.
