Implement a Windows friendly Makefile.
Hopefully this will make it easier to keep main.js, rserve.js, and rserve.min.js up to date.

Makefile aliases platform specific calls to make it easier for Windows users to compile changes in src while maintaining compatibility for Unix-like OS users.
