Add get_accessed_time, get_created_time, get_modified_time
Improved speed by fetching files metadata and use it as cache.

Add cache for files meta data.
When key enabled, swift client fetch all meta data, last modified date in a single request.
This speed-up a lot loading process, and collect static process.
