У ролей, у которых не заполнено описание, были пустые лэйблы. Теперь там будет имя роли, если нет описания.

Не хорошо менять значения во view. Имхо лучше сделать поля required или делать все тоже самое (присваивать имя роли в описание), но в контроллере. |
