@lbussell - Seeing these errors in the Windows jobs:

Required argument missing for option: --acr-subscription
Required argument missing for option: --acr-resource-group

The Ubuntu Helix failures are expected.

That's expected, since it's a breaking change from docker-tools it'll require some slight modification to existing pipelines, not unlike dotnet/dotnet-docker#6621. Feel free to apply the changes (they should be straightforward), or I can do it in a bit.
