Show summary of relevant LLVM test failures

We ignore a number of test failures and while we have a list of "STATUS-NAME" pairs and a summary of failed tests from the test suite it isn't clear which tests are still considered failures.

Add that as

5 remaining failures considered
   Foo
   Bar
   ...

Also rename count variables to num_ to distinguish them from lists, e.g. <num_>failed_pattern_matches and add the total number to the ignore line:
