Minor step towards #8, #9, #11, #12, #13 and #14.
The dependencies are entangled quite heavily, so updating them one by one seems impossible.
In eframe 0.30.0 a change was introduced that affects the handling of
waylandandx11. I didn't have fully time to get into this, so I went with 0.29 first.
