[Task] Use DELETE instead of null to clear user status #35586
Description
Currently Element Web uses null values to clear the user status. This is fragile as the spec says that homeservers can reject null values and it just led to an incident with Synapse: element-hq/synapse#20419
While for now the Synapse change will be reverted to make sure things keep working, Element Web should be fixed accordingly to use DELETE instead.
